A comprehensive list of Negative Topicality Standards

This is a list of topical standards, mostly with a focus on the negative. It doesn’t include standards I would use for a framework type argument against a K or performance team:

1) Limits/Depth vs. Bredth

2) Fairness/Fair Ground [debatability, research burdens]

3) Education

4) Predictability/Predictable Ground

5) Specificity/Precision

6) Term of Art/Field Contextual/Expert Definition

7) FX-T (this can be a violation of the plan) this can also be their interpretation or definition justifies this.

8) Extra-t (this can be a violation of the plan) this can also be their interpretation or definition justifies this.

9) K of Standards/Ideology of Standards (Silence/Exclusion)

* Extra-t and FX-T both have standards of their own.

This is always a question of comparisons.

1) We still give you the core of the topic (core cases or core arguments)

2) They justify lots of bad stuff or exclude key parts of our ground (and/or they steal specific ground from us)

Reading lots of standards doesn’t make sense and is a waste of time. They need to be hyper-targeted for your particular violation–and the respective definitions involved.
