Presidential Debate Exercise

There are two different type of televised debates in American politics:
1) Democrat vs. Democrat, GOP vs. GOP
2) Democrat vs. GOP

1. What are the core issues?

2. What is the core worldview? What are the core assumptions?

3. How did participants demonstrate truth/credibility?

4. How did participants demonstrate priority?

5. What rhetorical strategies were (commonly) used?

6. Who won? Why?
