Random ramblings about cede the political

Basically most critiques we deal with are critiques of:
1. Power/Government action
2. Values which provide motivation or a mechanism to compare values or policies (some being rather relativistic in terms of ethics/morality)

Cede the political says that the government is the only & best way to solve these types of problems. It references the reform of the 60’s (aka civil rights). That means the K or its alternative would be an exercise in turning the clock back on those protections.

With the rise of the PIK this is a little less relevant unless you can get additional links in the cross-examination. Or the other team reads specific links that basically turbo-charge the cede the political argument.
