Thinking about critiques of language and representation

What is their basis?

Why can’t we challenge language the same way we might technology–based more on the intent of the user rather than a skewed version of its manifestations.

Language Ks assume a worst case scenario of the use and manipulation of language. This applies to all language in the debate. Effective language is always subject to manipulation under the wrong intents.

I made this argument earlier on the blog–but the idea that language is in fact subjective (ie spirit of law) and that this is good. It gets back to intent.

One other deals with the alternative–and that systems theory suggests a more complex solution to the problem than just changing our language.
